Am 5 Oktober 2013 fand die erste Cordon Bleu Veranstaltung statt.
6 Vereinsmitglieder trafen sich zur „Cordon Bleu Night“
Das Motto des Abends: Kreiere dein eigenes Cordon Bleu.
Die „Vorspeise“ krönte das XXL Kalbs Cordon Bleu nach „Les Cordonbleus“ Art:
– 750g zartes Kalbfleisch
– 150g Schinken
– 300g Käsemischung
– 100g Spezialpanade
Weiter ging es mit dem Hauptgang, einem jeweils ca. 400g schweren Schweins Cordon Bleu,
welches von den Mitgliedern, mit diversen Zutaten nach Lust und Laune kreiert wurde.
